If you are a local business, nonprofit, church, school, or other local Hutto organization, you are invited to add your events to the Hutto Community Event Calendar at no cost.

This page was created to share instructions and important information about using our Hutto Community Event Calendar. Please read carefully.
- It’s completely Free to add your events!
- Events can be just about anything from a traditional event, a sale at your business, or a Grand Opening.
- For a repeating event, you’ll need to fill out the form with the date your event starts and then put the details about the recurring dates of the event in the description.
- All events on our calendar must happen in Hutto.
- If you have questions, please email me at anne@huttotopia.com.
- Your event, in most cases, will be published within 1 or 2 weekdays of us receiving your submission. We will send an email letting you know your event is published on our event calendar.
- Please be sure to send us a photo that is at least 900x600px. An ad that does not have a picture, among other ads that do will not receive as much attention.
- We will be sharing your event on our FB page and in our Weekly Newsletter that comes out on Thursdays (to be in the newsletter we must receive
- your submission by Tuesday at noon). We encourage you to share your calendar events to all your social media outlets.
The form below asks just a few questions for our use so that we can contact you with questions about your ad and/or so that we can contact you when your event is published on the event calendar.
