11/15/24 Update—We’ve been in touch with Fairy Freeze’s owners, and they have changed their permanent location opening date to early March 2025. They are also planning a Grand Opening at that time! 🙂

July 16, 2024—We’ve just learned about the new Fairy Freeze coming to Hutto! They are working on a brick-and-mortar business!

Offering block and shaved ice. “We are able to provide block ice for sale. We provide 12lb solid block ice for use by shaved ice stand operators or just to fill your cooler. Block-ice melts slower and lasts longer than other forms of ice.”
About their quality. “The softest shaved ice calls for the highest quality ice blocks. We ultra purify our water to ensure the cleanest tasting solid block ice in the Austin area.”
