Added 11/07/24—The City of Hutto is undertaking the construction of a Veterans Memorial. The location will be just to the west of the City Hall Building in the Co-Op District.

The following was found on the Texas Bid Network:

“Millis Development & Construction Low Bidder on Hutto Veterans Memorial (RFP) in Texas.

“Millis Development & Construction is the apparent low bidder on the Hutto, City of Hutto Veterans Memorial (RFP) solicitation, with a low bid of $556,853.06 USD. Bids were opened on September 30, 2024.

“The contract will be for Construct the memorial wall CMU core, seating walls and associated footings, memorial and seat wall masonry veneer, stone veneer flag planter, concrete flatwork, concrete pavers, earthwork, storm sewer utilities, site furnishings, site electrical, irrigation, landscape, and turf.” source.
