4/1/25 – Legacy Park Hutto is a proposed mixed-use development located to the east of Hutto in Hutto’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Legacy Park, a 94-acre proposed development, would feature the following:
50,000 square feet of general retail
15,000 square feet of neighborhood retail
626 units of multifamily
550,000 square feet of light industrial

ATX Capitol, the developer, has requested water service from the city. The council was split on the decision and decided not to take any action at this time.
