3/26/25 Update – We’ve heard back from McAlister’s Deli, and the opening date has been pushed back!

Ken and I went there this past weekend to check on the progress. The outside still looks the same with paper on parts of the building. The inside has made progress, but it looks like there’s more work to do there.

We are told just today, that the new opening date is May 26th! Our contact said that was all he could tell us at this time.

We wish McAlister’s Deli Hutto the very best in their endeavors to open. And we completely understand that stuff happens!

2/18/25 Update – We have heard back from McAlister’s Deli and they have pushed back the opening date. The new proposed date is March 31st! They were kind enough to add this, “These openings are often delayed/postponed for various reasons, so know this is a tentative date.”

We’ll watch this closely and update with any news.

2/17/25 Update – McAlister’s Deli Hutto is hiring. Follow this link to apply. We’ll have updated opening info as available.

1/9/25 – We’ve spoken with McAlister’s, and they have set an opening date!

The McAlister’s Deli Hutto target opening date is…March 10, 2025!

11/06/24 Photo Update—We were by the new McAlister’s Deli location today and were able to get some new interior images. When we asked the contractor about the opening date, the answer was next year, which we know is disappointing.
