The Gateway at Hutto May be Coming Soon

2/22/25 – According to several sources, The Gateway at Hutto, a new huge project, may be coming southeast of Hutto in Hutto’s ETJ. The location under consideration is at the corner of East Wilco Highway and County Road 137.

The Gateway at Hutto is being called a destination development. The 257-acre development is in it’s planning stages. The possible new development would include residential, commercial, and recreation areas.
